Terms & Conditions
Clients are requested to read all terms and conditions before doing any sort of payment and placing an order or a sample.
1. If the details given by the customer are wrong then company will not be responsible.
2. Either client provide us with a size chart and we do the exact same thing or we will do the sizing ourselves based on the reference images but company won’t be responsible for any size up or down (discussion with our employee is recommended to avoid confusion).
3. Before placing any bulk order or a sample, client should ask for lead times and shipping times.
4. Delays caused by national holidays won’t be countable in working days.
5. Any changes by the client mid-production will cause longer manufacturing times than the given times.
6. No abusive or foul language will be tolerated, using this will automatically cancel your order.
7. Clients should ask as many questions as they want and make sure they’re ready to start a custom manufacturing journey before any sort of payment.
8. Samples time will vary considering the conditions of the workload and type of the sample.
9. If client isn’t satisfied with the delay of samples, company will compensate good offer in the bulk.
10. No refunds will be done with custom work, if anything is wrong from our side we’ll repay through doing the work again.
